MEMPHIS, TENN. — Monogram Foods announced that it hired Jessica Reese to join the executive team as the senior vice president of sales and business development.

Reese will report to the company’s chief executive officer Karl Schledwitz.

In this role, Reese will develop short-term and long-term strategic sales plans to meet aggressive growth goals with a focus on retail private label and national food service accounts using her more than 20 years of experience in the packaged foods industry.

Before working for Monogram, Reese recently held the position of vice president of sales at Utz Quality Foods, where she led the small format and alternate channels. Before that position, she worked as senior director of trade marketing and revenue management, leading the sales workstreams of the company’s enterprise resource and third-party trade promotion management system implementation.

Prior to working at Utz, Reese held several sales positions at Daymon and Conagra Brands, according to her LinkedIn page. 

Reese holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. She plans to relocate from Lancaster, Penn., to Memphis, Tenn.
