AUSTIN, Minn. – Hormel Foods Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be paid May 15.

The payment will be the 335th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company. Hormel Foods has paid a regular quarterly dividend without interruption since becoming a public company in 1928.
