ASHEVILLE, NC – Hickory Nut Gap is expanding its lineup of pasture-raised pork to include retail dinner link sausages, available in hot and mild Italian flavors.  

“When you raise animals the right way, there’s no comparison in taste and quality, and that’s extremely apparent with our new pasture raised pork Italian sausages,” said Jamie Ager, a third-generation farmer for Hickory Nut Gap. 

Hickory Nut Gap uses a propriety recipe for its dinner link sausages including heritage breed pork and locally grown herbs and spices, and the meats are processed locally. The sausages come four to a pack, in 12-oz packages.
